Event: Australian Financial Conference Venue: Pan Pacific Singapore Group Size: 220 Date: October 2007
220 delegates from an Australian financial firm convened in Singapore for their conference and networking event.
Besides organizing meetings and conference services, World Express put together 2 memorable events for the group: an
Amazing Race on Sentosa and a Roaring 20s Theme Dinner at the Divine Society.
The Amazing Sentosa Race was planned to foster camaraderie, and we had participants going through a maze of puzzles and solving clues around Sentosa Island before reaching their final destination, Mount Faber by Cable Car. For the final night, we created a Roaring 20s party at the Divine Society, with a wonderful art deco backdrop and ambience. Guests were dressed-to-kill, and were welcomed by paparazzi snapping shots and paperboys handing out newsletters, while they walked down the red carpet. A cabaret singer and jazz band entertained, while the crowd took to the dance floor. |
