Wonder through the bustling enclaves of KATONG & JOO CHIAT that showcases the rich and baroque Peranakan architecture. Admire rows of colourful traditional shophouses that dates back to the 1920s and 1930s. A sampling of NONYA DELICACIES completes the tour.

Nightout @ Chinatown
Chinatown is filled with a sprawling myriad of shops and eateries, bustling with colourful and exciting activities set against a backdrop of rich history and heritage. Chinatown is not to be missed especially in the evening when everything really comes alive.

At YONG GALLERY, the fine art of calligraphy is demonstrated by the Master Calligrapher who converts your name or a creative expression into auspicious Chinese characters on a red fan, which is yours to keep as a souvenir.

After DINNER, wander along the narrow lanes of the NIGHT MARKET and test your bargaining skills with the street vendors selling everything from fashion items and leather goods to souvenirs.

Then hop onto a trishaw, for a ride through Chinatown to CLARKE QUAY. There you'll board one of the many riverboats, for a cruise along the Singapore River. Admire the sight of beautifully restored shophouses, contrasting with modern skyscrapers of the financial district, colonial buildings and the iconic Merlion statue. Finally, disembark at the ESPLANADE where your wonderful evening comes to an end.

City Experience
An orientation tour that showcases the history, multi racial culture and lifestyle that is Singapore.

See the city's colonial heritage as we drive around the Civic District past the Padang, the Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall. Stop at the MERLION PARK for great views of Marina Bay and a picture-taking opportunity with the Merlion, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish.

The tour continues with a visit to the THIAN HOCK KENG TEMPLE, one of the oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples on the island, built with donation from the early immigrants workers from China. Next drive past Chinatown to a LOCAL HANDICRAFT CENTRE to watch Asian craftsmanship.

From there we proceed to the NATIONAL ORCHID GARDEN, located within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, which boasts sprawling display 60,000 orchid plants comprising of 400 species and more than 2,000 hybrids. Our final stop at LITTLE INDIA will enthrall you with the scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices.
